For the Filling
1 large peach, diced
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp all purpose flour
⅛ tsp ground ginger
For the Topping
3 tbsp all purpose flour
3 tbsp rolled oats
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted

Mixed together diced peaches, brown sugar, flour and ginger in a stoneware Brie baker (or use a 6" baking dish or ramekin).
For the Topping

In a small bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar and melted butter.

Sprinkle topping over peaches evenly. Place in cold oven, set to 350° F and bake 40-45 minutes or until topping is golden.
