Combine cream cheese, orange juice, sugar, peel and cinnamon in medium bowl; beat with electric mixer until smooth (or use a food processor). Gently stir in all but 2 teaspoons cranberries.
Transfer to serving dish, such as a stoneware dip chiller bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Before serving, sprinkle with pecans and remaining cranberries. If using stoneware dip chiller, add ice to the bottom crock to keep dip chilled. Serve with butter or graham crackers. Also makes a great spread for toast and bagels, or use it as a dip for apples and pears.
